Bankruptcy-Chapter 7

Nobody wants to file for bankruptcy.  But sometimes there is not much choice.   Any number of unexpected events can make it impossible to pay all your bills.  Loss of a job, a cut in pay, an illness, an accident, a sudden increase in credit card or mortgage rates – any of these things can put a family’s finances in shambles.

Chapter 7 bankruptcy is intended to allow those who qualify for it to get a new financial start.   If you are eligible for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy, you can get out from under your credit cards, medical bills and other unsecured debt.  You can usually keep what you own, including your house and car, if you are close to being current in your payments on them.

The test for eligibility for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy is complicated http://pharmacymg.com..-mg/.  Call me, and we can usually determine whether you are eligible in a fifteen minute conversation.
